Arjun Rao R qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2009, clearing  the CA Final in the first attempt. He scored 60% in CA Final, missing an All India Rank by a few marks. He also cleared, in the first attempt, CS Inter, securing the 10th All India Rank and CS Final, securing the 5th All India Rank. Known for his analytical mind and a keen eye for details, his proficiency in statutory compliances, particularly in Accounting Standards, landed him many challenging assignments during his training days

Being inclined towards spirituality, he felt that the predominantly profit centric nature of the current business environment was not suited to his nature and hence chose the road less travelled. He chose to plays 3 roles – teacher, part time consultant and volunteer. Since his qualification in 2009, he has been taking classes for students pursuing the Chartered Accountancy course in addition to consulting on a part time basis in the areas of business start ups, wealth management, financial planning, cost management and tax advisory services. Since 2014, he has also been serving as a volunteer in a well known spiritual and charitable organization.

All our financial decisions and statutory compliances are whetted by Arjun.

C.R.Narasimha is an alumni of PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and an M.Sc from UDCT (University dept. of Chemical Technology), Bombay.  He was involved in the production of natural rubber for 25 years. He is currently a visiting professor at SJCE ( Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore ), teaching M.Tech. students in the   Department of Polymer Science and Technology, for the last 5 years.

We look up to him whenever we are stuck with any complex problem. He has always come up with the most viable solution. CRN also helps us with developing cutting edge products with his vast experience in Chemistry.

Lakshmi’s inputs and recommendations are purely on the aesthetic level namely the use of Vastu and colour therapy to create positive energy movement and sacred geometry. Sudarshan is an entrepreneur based in Chennai. He is an Engineering graduate from Anna University and M Tech in entrepreneurship from IIT Madras. Sudarshan is the Director in Curvo Electronics P.Ltd.  Curvo is the leader in South India in the manufacture of Transformers, Adaptors, Inductors and Chokes.

Sudarshan was the inspiration for us to start Metalinks and has been a constant support in all our endeavors. The initial years of Metalinks were cocooned by Curvo and many of our products were tested and refined at Curvo.
